I would like to thank my twitter fam for this idea. Cee baby, your suggestions are always welcome. I don’t know why I didn’t think of this issue sooner. ATMs pose a serious problem in Naija & we need to raise more awareness of this. We could organise a pep rally, order sit-outs outside banks, you know, like how oyibos do it……..On second thought, it’s too much stress abeg. Forget I said anything. Let’s just complain about it. Much more fun.Continue reading “Why ATMs Stress Nigerians”
To my fellow Nigerians out there, I would like to say that I understand. The World has done us dirty. Certain experiences have left us scarred and skeptical, sometimes unable to see the good in people or situations. You’re justified. You know those people who are always telling you to open up your heart? That what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger? Na scam. Original one. So I should be ecstatic about pain because it promotes growth? Just imagine. Once Bitten, Twice Shy would be a better motto biko. Hopefully this post should be able to enlighten you on regular steps we subconsciously take for our protection, because Wayo is a serious problem in this country.Continue reading “Nigerians & Trust Issues”

You’re stuck in the ride for so long that you end up becoming a permanent fixture. Either way, experience is gained, and that experience has taught us to recognise the 6 stages we may go through.Continue reading “The 6 Stages Of A Relationship”
Sibling relationships are one of a kind. It’s this special blend of ‘I love you’ mixed with ‘I go still deny you outside’ with just a touch of ‘You must be mad. Try me and die’. I’m sure at some point we all debated the pros and cons of being an only child. But even after careful thought, I don’t think I would give up the fun, madness and drama that comes with having siblings. We have different types of course, and I feel they vary according to birth rank. However, this post is dedicated to The All-stars, The Baddest of The Bad. Try and be honest with yourself about your position in your family, okay?Continue reading “Annoying Siblings Hall Of Fame”
So we managed, just about managed, to slightly roast our beloved male readers in our last post. However, because I’m such a stickler for equality, it’s our turn next ladies. Again, I would like to point out that this post is all in good fun, not to be taken seriously and all females are a blessing. That being said, I’m planning to take ownership over any traits that may apply to me. I suggest that you do the same. Let’s prove the guys wrong. *Sigh* Okay, let’s get this over with.Continue reading “Which Are You? Female Edition”
